are they just like....blank cdsso u can burn ya tracks onto it?

because walmart has them for like.....20 bucks for 50 cds LOL...An if u have a printer, or a local photo booth, they can hook the back n front cover up for like.......5 bucks lol....then get a car, open the truk, play the cd, an sell ya material, works for most people...word.
