Invading bandwidth? Unless you are the one paying the bandwidth fees that the image is being hotlinked from, you have no right to complain about bandwidth. And if you are paying the fees, then you should have access to delete the image off the server it is being hosted at.

And if you are offended, go to another site. As for your father the lawyer, have him look up 47 U.S.C sec. 230. If it goes to court, we will win and we'll come after you for our attorney fees just for wasting our time.
