1st bar...you mentioned his name, and it was the set-up so its not even an effective personal, and you're just stating you kill people in the 9th degree....explain how thats an effective punch......and i've never really seen 9th claim he's 'RV's biggest gangsta', so the punch sucked
2nd bar...more of a personal than the first one, but still....you're not relating anything 9th's done, just playing off the word vigilante......and i know what a vigilante is, but do they fly in choppers over prescints alot in england or something?
3rd bar...i said it was good, but set up coulda been worded better....and punch was just basic, coulda been a 6, but thats not changing much
4th bar...not bad, like i said...creative...but set up has been done before, not really a peronal since you're bringing another aspect into the battle, the hari karri thing or whatever, but still relates to samurais...okay personal
5th bar...yes, only true personal, because the punch was directed fully at 9th and something he has done on RV (that is what encorporates an effective personal to me, hitting them with shit they're actually done, not just relating a punch to their sig)

7th bar...actually, the punch you used was not a personal, it was kinda....but you were a little self-gloring on this one, this was just wordplay and a punch....set up was a personal, but it had no punch...so yeah
