It entirely depends on the situation...
If a friend or someone I know quite well would leave and say: "goodnight bitch" I'd just reply with "keep that pimp hand strong hoecake" or something in those lines.
If it was my boyfriend, I wouldn't hold a grudge but he wouldn't be getting any that night or I'd just hit him lolz...but I don't think any of my boyfriends ever said something like that so I don't know what I'd do...

I hardly hold a grudge because either I like you and can take stuff like that or I strongly dislike you and feel no need to hold a grudge you're nothing in my eyes.
