If you had the right equipment, you might be able to plug the PS2 sound ports into the USB on the computer, and then do a whole lot of bullshit on the computer to trick it into thinking your PS2 is a mic, and then open cool edit or something and record the beat playing.

But if you did that the quality of the beat would be ass, beyond repair. And the probability of that working is low as fuck.

So your best bet is to give up hope on your PS2 beatmaking career and download fruity loops.
