Right first things first both of you had a fairly nice verse.
Khaoz Theory's verse kept me interested most of the way through, although, to be honest, i've seen you rhyme better than this.
Skripts, some of your lines were kinda weak, like your line:

"There's only one word to describe you - and that word is Gay
Cuz once Khaoz entered the battle - he tripped over the doorway"

Overall, generally, I wasn't really feelin it. That's just my personal opinion anyway.

My favourite line in this battle was from Khaoz Theory:

"HeavyWeight Champ? Bitch Aint Rocky, Or Even A ''Contender''
EZ Win? Nup, Fake MC Culdnt ''Pull Da Stringz'' If I Handed Him A Fender"

I thought that line was kinda funny.

I can't really honestly say theres a line in Skriptz's verse that i was feelin.

On that basis i gotta give my vote to Khaoz Theory.
