i dont even understand it, cus that fake ass cartoon effect, doesnt even look cartoonish.

you cant just use that effect on everything and think it looks "cartoony"
the best procedures i seen it work with are pictures with little detail and bright vibrant colors.
otherwise, your better off vectoring them, if you desire the cartoon effect. it removes some of the dimensions and the depth of the image, and leave you with a simple image resembling the picture.

somewhat difficult, but yes, this is booty.
