wow. That guy should switch to decaf. But I haven't EVER seen one of those problems EVER except one that happened twice on a mac that was 9 years old!!! Took a precious 15 mins out of my time to "repair permissions" and it never happened again. Funny thing is that I own macs IDENTICAL to the ones he was thrashing in the video....
