That’s what’s up.
People so clueless as to the life they be livin
goin on and on about themselves and trippin
they don’t care unless its them, unless something
leads them in
Everyone wants to fit in, be a part of a crowd, something to be
remembered by, somethin to be proud
but ain’t no one gonna be remembered, not really its sad, all
their work goin down the drain, all the pride that they had.
All because they couldn’t take the time, to care for someone else
worried about going somewhere, some place else.
They couldnt stop and help, a poor old lady by, or help a little child
who lost his way or try...
I cry where is the compassion, where is the love, no one cares in this world
its dog eat dog.
Dog eat dog, s’what its all about, makin it, takin whoever you can out,
advancing urself on other ppl’s loss, people ain’t payin attention to what
it really costs.
The world isn’t changing, its just going through a course, a course of hate,
carelessness and no remorse
People live in this world, people need to stand up, get some balls and realize
what’s really up.
