50 Cent and the family of Kelvin “The Original 50 Cent” Martin are now at odds. The G-Unit rapper levied a lawsuit against Jimmy Henchmen and his Czar Entertainment for copyright infringement earlier this month.

"I have been in constant touch with Czar Entertainment over the past year regarding The Infamous Times,” said family spokesperson Patricia Martin. “I supplied information and pictures from Kelvin's childhood and Jimmy [Henchmen] and Czar have kept their word on everything they promised in return. Czar contributed a headstone for Kelvin's grave and, based on the sales of the DVD, we are expecting a donation to be made to our family. Our relationship with Czar is solid and we do not support Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson's allegations of misrepresentation."

The rapper 50 Cent claims that his logo was used illegally on the DVD The Infamous Times: The Original 50 Cent and took Czar and two other companies to task. 50 Cent claims the suit was imposed because Henchmen didn’t make a donation to his G-Unity Foundation as was bartered for his participation in the DVD.
