What's the difference? If you don't have money to eat, you don't have money to eat. If you don't have a house, you don't have a house.
If you don't have money, you don't have money.. regardless of whether it's pesos or dollars.
It is not the United States problem that Mexico is in a plight of poverty. The people there should try to start a revolution if they're so damn sad about the situation over there. But no, instead of trying to fix the problem, they create them by coming into the United States and demanding that we pay money for them to learn english, but also make us learn spanish because the adults have no way of learning english. When the asians in Ireland start "forcing" you to learn the language from whatever Asian country there from you can start talking to me. Until that time, don't tell me to give them money.
