Right NOW there are illegal and legal immigrants. This HISTORY of this country has nothing to do with illegal immigrants flooding it NOW.
Socrates said this country IS based on immigrants, not WAS. Therefore, he is also implying that today this country is based on immigrants today, but not the illegal ones.
