Doesent mean we cant re-set the money.. Just means people will start off the year battling for small amounts and slowly build up money that way. Although the downside to it is that it would make dickheads more compeditive and cheating would become more rampent.

MORE rampant?? impossible. When you got smaller amounts of money, it's harder to bribe voters than when you got trillions.
But if you want to cut cheating out of the picture or at least lessen it dramatically, take away the money all together.
