well theres barely any blacks out west except in cali and thats a fact cuz i been out there n compared to the east theres none. they dont want blacks takin over out there thats why they said it. its not just whites either asians out west think the same thing because they say its clean and nice out there n they dont want it to turn into the east. not bein racist jus statin facts cuz i know a lot of ppl in vegas n thats wat they told me
