Silence can speak of pain, of misery that brings you down
With words so conquering they can turn a smile into a frown
Silence speaks to the brain of hurt, silence can speak of lies
With a voice that holds a key to unlock the tears from the eyes
It can attack your heart by creating images to your minds vision
Of loved ones falling before you, the pains like a deep incision

Then it can speak of joy with conversations of pleasant times
Emptying the head of all doubt and washing away the crimes
Echoing in the minds chambers, words are lost for a while
Taking control of the face, and masterfully painting a smile
