Lloyd Banks' Tour Bus Crashes On 88

The Rapper And His Group Were On Their Way To Bethany When The Bus Dropped Over A Hill

Rapper Lloyd Banks was on his way to Bethany College for a performance when his tour bus, which was carrying 26 people, lost control and went over a hill on West Virginia Route 88, between West Liberty and Bethany.

Brooke County sheriff's deputies say no one on board suffered any serious injuries in the crash, but the bus landed upright down a steep hill, and it will be tough to get it out.

"The passenger side tire dropped off the right roadway edge, and grabbed the bus and pulled it off the road. The bus driver did a good job by slowing the bus down, and the bus ended up over the hill on all 8 tires," Larry Palmer from the Brooke County Sheriff's Department.

Banks and his musicians were rescued from the crash and went on to the Bethany performance, police will continue to investigate the accident.
