Death By Words
Another trigger pulled. A barrage of words penetrating the dome-piece.
Reassiding within the soul where thoughts are artificially birthed. Growing
entities of negativity apply pressure to the young mind. Tearing down
the towering stems of positivity. Re-entry of reckless stray nouns
wripping through the flesh of confidence. The outter shell apears to
be a solid vessel, but empty. Madussa's lingering eyes of lies turns
an innocent reputation to stone. And it shatters. No longer is the
spirit pumped for new life recycled from each passing day. And
Death has the audacity to rent the body, giving Life an eviction
notice. Depression makes for a good sale's pitch in self-indulgence...
never minding circling words and dagger-like verbs plundging you
deeper. The Trinity - Homicide, Genocide, and Suicide - all wrapped
up in the beautiful fabric of self-worth. How sarcastic...still words,
no matter the blessing or curse, hold individual force of their own.
As words are everlasting, Life and Death are eternally in sync, never
functioning without the other. And it is to my hope that as long as
love still survives, words will never cross completely to the dark side.
