Word is Diddy pissed off his neighbor, comedian and former talk show host Rosie O'Donnell when he threw flashy firework show that cause her kids to cry. "Sometime around 10, P. Diddy, my neighbor here in Miami had a firework show right in his backyard," Rosie wrote on her web site. "How fun, I had four crying kids and a puppy who peep himself whimpering in terror.
