I neva reported 9th.Some admin or mod musta seen it themselves and banned 9th.He neva said any rasist comments or anything.He did harass me but I just kept askin him for a battle which he ducks.I neva reported 9th.

so all in all...i don't wat happened to him...but i assure you...i didn't report him.
