and you can't prove that you didn't. If they treat it like a court summons at the very least, it's gonna stick because what are you gonna say "yeah, I live here.....but never got a letter stamped Official Legal Notice". That shit never works. but GL. PS, I don't think they'll arrest you, jsut give you contempt of court and a $500 fine
