I go to the Y every other day. I work out my arms in toning, and then heavy lifting, then wait a day, move on to abdominals for toning, and pretty much work on my quadriceps and gluteus in toning and heavylifting.
Waiting a day allows the ripped muscles to rebuild...
and my diet consists of yogurt, hot fries, milkshakes, and pizza.
