I do sit-ups when I get home and shit, like ten every time a commercial comes on, then ten when that goes into another commercial, and shit. But I don't work out my abs daily, because they're fucking sore when I use the machine two days in a row. Sometimes I alternate through legs, arms, abs, but still I don't work them out everyday. But I do abs the most, really.
