i use to work out, but i got too lazy to go to the gym......so i just have a routine i like to do at home......easy shit like sit ups, chin ups, push ups, bicep curls, calf raises, do that through the week, then just basic stretching on the weekends......also i will do light running all through the week as well....just simple to keep in shape.
