I stretch in the morning, and just watch what I eat. When school starts I'm gonna have to skip breakfast, and for lunch just a balanced lunch and then go work out for 2 hours.

Monday- Chest, Shoulders, Biceps, Swim
Tuesday- Calves and swimming
etc...
