Yes you cna make beats on it. I prefer CEP 2.0 because of the interface and the plug-ins that I use with it. But try Acid. And Adobe Audition is CEP with a different name and layout. Same company. So that might have something to do with it. I'd say try CEP. And when you go to mixdown. Use a delay on just the vocal files. Maybe a .5 delay. Just test it out. Trust me. Fucking with it until it works is a lot easier then finding other programs. If you need more help then PM me with some more info. Maybe your recording steps. I'll see what I can find tho.
