Also, they have a philosophy at sweetwater that I've never seen before. The sales reps really care more than usual about if you're understanding the euipment you bought and if you need help. Three months after I purchased my pre amp, Chris, my sales rep, called just to ask "How are you? Is your pre amp working the way you like?"
