holy random.... but I'm 6' 195 and I ain't fat. If you got decent bulk, thats a good ratio. When I'm in my best shape (football season) I can get up to 205, and I'm hella quick at that weight too. It's all about balance. I know cats who are 130 at 6' and they look like they could use the extra 60 lbs everywhere.
