This is a rumor. They did not file a lawsuit because it is not true. Allhiphop.com started this rumor about 2 weeks ago I do believe, and Allhiphop.com specializes in rumors just to get laughs. But, if something like this with beyonce ever came out, I wouldn't second guess myself on watching it.
