All jokes aside...war isnt a fuckin rap battle...governments don't call each other out for audios or topicals...peoples lives are at stake, they don't just say "oh well, might as well go to war, if we lose i'll just hide my text record from the view of all the other world leaders so that they'll still think of my country as a 'vet'.."
