First off if the person likes the girl, he shouldn't refer to her as "bitch". He should become friends with her, but push towards her noticing that he is feeling her. Then in conversation ask her how much she likes her man. After that tell her how you feel, go for the kiss, then from there hopefully get some kitty cat inbetween the legs and word.
