i think you underestimatin payn tho he is gonna be in op take over for the first battle dependin on how he does he may be moved up hes a good battler but i feel he could use a lil help maybe 2 weeks at the most be4 he gets moved up i wud say

Sin just because you should be in elevation yourself doesn't mean they wack and when you got peeps with potential then you wanna get them up to par before releasing them to the world!
