I love dreads.

They'll only take a few months to lock up and start looking cool if you take care of them nicely.

Make sure she knows what shes doing though.

But go for it. Im still contemplating whether to dread my hair when its grown.. i love dreads, but braids/ long hair etc you can change easily and stuff
