Okay, dude requested this to be opened again

I'm not happy with that for the simple fact nobody is voting, it gets slept on, I'm 2-0 up, should be 3-0 to me....just close it as it has been up for like 4 months or somthin.


People get one reopen reqeust, which is good for 21 more days.. after which the battle can be closed permanently.
