to stop the pain you could try pulling it out, one great rush of pain to end it all

or if not, and if the pain killers dont work
try washing a bit of salty water around in your mouth where it hurts and spit it back out, i do that shit when i have toothache and it makes the pain go away, if the pain comes back just do the same shit again.
