yo fuck that, americas known for doin shit look were rebuilding the towers after they took them down, so fix that water and rebuild the city. its not just a city, its a different culture down there, all the music the ppl and even rappers from there. wat about mardi gras none of it will b the same, that would b like destroying new york and rebuilding it somehwere else, its just not the same. its jus crazy cuz thats a major american city and its liek that movie the day after tomoro. and its crazy all the guys from the projects and ghettos r roamin the streets looting and killing cops and the cops cant do anything its an anarchy down there. id like to see the city rebuilt
