plus i'm not gonna feel sorry for some stupid ass people who live
in a city that is BELOW sea level and theres a lake that has to be blocked
out by levee's and your almost completely inclosed by water, and then when
they tell you to evacuate and y ou dont knowing its a cat 5 or 4 and knowing
the levee's were built to only withstand a cat 3 hurricane and you still stay there
