I actually have a problem getting the first few lines of freestyling...I've heard if you say a word like "conclusion"...you write that down and then write all the words you can think off to match the number of syllables in that word which is 3 syllables... so you would write conclusion then exclusion and shit like that...the syllables dont have to match necessarily but as long as its not 1 syllable so it wont be so simple...but yea the more words you have in your head the easier you can rhyme it off the top...for me its mad easy to keep rhyming lines over and over...the hard part is making those lines hard hitting punches/personals off the top.
