Uhh.. my way still works.

Right click on the "hi fi" or "low fi" of the track, and go down to 'Save Target As.' Save it wherever you want. Then, open up the folder you saved it in, and open that file with Notepad. When you open it with a notepad a link will come up. Copy that link and pm it to yourself on this site, or any other site you want. Then, go to your pm box, open the pm, and a link will be there. Right click that link, and go to 'Save Target As.' That should be the beat if you did it right.
