But it's not Bush's fault, for fuck's sake. There are governors and mayors to handle the issues in their own territories, and though the president rules over all territories he has to regulate the whole US with other nations.

lol ok 1st thing 1st i don't always type in slang so w/e that's not important 2nd yes the Louisanna have mayors and governors but its also a federal thing everyone should pitch in to help no matter what and i never said it was Bush fault i just feel he can do more i haven't heard anything about him donating any money i haven't heard anything about him going to New Orleans but once i just feel like he can do better then what he is doing and like i said you have your opinion and i have mine you're just being childish because i don't agree with you
