By the way, you do know governors and mayors aren't there for nothing? Not only was it a job for the president, but it was a lesser amount then the whole country to deal with compared to the whole country, and with mayors everything that happens is their concern, and even governors have a much more important thing with what happens in a specific area then Bush. I honestly don't blame him, as I see it, it's the mayor's fault, if anyone is racist/prejudiced in any way it would be him.
