Gay people were around at the LEAST during the time of Caesar and Alexander the great, whos is believed to have been bisexual. There are numerous accounts of homosexuality in the bible, with accounts over 4000 years old, if you believe that. Caligula, the insane emperor would screw around with homosexuals, that was over 2000 years ago. If you believe the bible, then yoiu believe earth is only close to 7000 years old...If you believe science, then the earth is over 4 billion years old...Modern man is around 100,000 years old...human like ape creatures have roamed the earth for at least 1 million years...And, since it has been documented that homosexuality occurs in nature, particularly with some ape species, then it can be logically "deduced" that gay behavior at the very least has been here since the beginning. And, cultures were more tolerant towards gays during the time of Socrates and Caesar, for example. It was expected that young boys "service" the temple priests and philosophers...The great Greek Philosopher Socrates wrote about this very practice during his time, though he never personally engaged in it.

Oh...and here's the shocker...Socrates WAS a HOMOSEXUAL.
