Look you want to pull the race card on your government every time something goes wrong, but your not prepared to face up for the things SOME (def not all) your people bring to america as a country. Look, that aint even the issue though, the issue is that a natural disaster happened to a largly populated black area, and FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) did a shit job of getting it under control..
