I don't see how you can get sued for lost income, if your not making a dime off it in the first place.- He's not taking money from anyones pockets by making a song in an attempt to elevate. I could see all that shit happening if he made a little mixtape and sold a copy, but its soundclick, thats like getting sued by dre for spittin over a dre beat in your car.
granted, Im sure you know more about this shit than I do, since you actually have a reason to know the legalities, I just don't see the logic in getting sued over a track thats not generating any income. |
