Well I dunno.

Sony has lots of money (from PSX/PS2/PSP success) as well as contracts with big-name developers. The games for it wont be bad. And Sony wont let the playstation brand name fail..

But I DO believe it will take some time for some really good titles to appear on it.

I dont even mind though. Its a very superior machine to the 360. Once developers become accustomed to the technology, their coding will be more efficient, shit will become easier for them, and allow them to unlock the full potential of the next generation.

The 360 is basically a tiny little upgrade of this generation's consoles with 3 cores instead of 2... They basically know every trick of the trade in regard to using that amount of power.... imagine how good games will be when they learn to use the 7 cores the PS3 has...

Its not "too difficult".. its sony's take on the next generation by making the PS3 the best technology of the future. Microsofts take on the next generation was to stick the best technology of today into an Xbox with a different shell. Nintendo shouldnt even be compared to these two, because they're heading a different direction.
