elevation is in order right here for real. both of you had a poor and simple rhyme schemes.and your flows were both off key, especially Big who, to be frank, had a horrendous structure and flow.the punches were virtually non-existant and i dont think i saw more than one attempt at wordplay.
big o tried to use a personal but that was a poor attempt to say the least, but hey it was the only personal in the battle.

ima vote for yoyoyoimbatman just for the simple fact that he had a better structure and flow.

i cant comment on the punches cos they were equally lame.wordplay/metas/similies was non existant and i cant say anything about those aspects either

but based on the only two aspects that were apparent in this battle, ie structure and flow im gonna have to vote for batman
