It's Simple. Say I took My Anxiety Beat, I'd Put The raw wav file and the cubase sequence on a cd. Seal It in an envelope, Write what it is on the back, and send it to myself throught the post.

When I get it back, it's been stamped and dated by the postal service, proving the date of copyright. So If I ever needed to prove my copyright ownership, i'd have that stamped and dated by a trusted national company.
