why do people hate ego?
It seems to me,that when people show ANY signs of confidence...people are like "yo yo...shut yo mouth,yo..yo yo..you got an ego yo!!!"

Do you people ever go into a battle sayin "nah..I suck..so I ain't gonna win"..?
Off cource not..you go in a battle with a full mind-set on winning.
And if ego is such an evil thing...then why is it....that when someone says you suck..you defend yourself?
if you ever read that book "gauntel" or some shit like that....it tells you exactly why people should have egos.
So someone tell me why u hate egos.

To me there is a distinct difference between confidence & ego...
Confidence is what i thnk i am personally...i have confidence in my ability...but i'm also open to others opinons (as long as they give it respectibly) again i think i'm good in my own ability but i know that there is room for improvment in my own skills...
Egos normally to me are people who overrate themselves and won't listen to anyones point of view...they are ignorant to others opinions and get quite defensive when bad feedback is bought upon them...
^ thats why i hate egos...coz the dumb fucks don't listen
