It won't solve shit killing people trying to illegally cross into the borders? I think it will. I think if you can consistently kill them, they'll stop coming.
And catch me off guard? I haven't exactly heard of illegal immigrants packed with heat.. but even with they are.. me and like, 15 of my friends won't all be off guard. We aren't going to be getting killed.
