I feel you. But, what we need to understand is that the issue of race does come up sometimes in this country. I've always felt like this. No one, NO ONE can hold me down, white or black. I really don't care if the Grand BASTARD of the Ku Klux Klan doesn't like me because of my golden brown skin. I'm only concerned with what's due me. By that I mean this. If I work for a white man, anyman, for 5 hours at a rate of 5 dollars an hour, GIVE ME MY 25 dollars at the end of the day. That's all there is to it. Anyone who allows themselves to be hindered because of superficial and trivial traits such as skin color, or uses that as a crutch needs to reevaluate their strategy. The glass ceiling is real. But, remember, it's made out of "GLASS" and glass can shatter eaasily.
