how do you break the bars down

do you leave comments like....

"nice bar, i like the wordplay and how you flipped it"

or like...

"meh, it's ok.."


cuz if it's the latter then i can understand it being DQ'ed

but if it is the first one, then i don't.....and it being DQ'ed is homo..
